Tim Dombrowski General Information

Biography

Mr. Tim Dombrowski served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing General Partner at Airbus Group Ventures. He was previously a Partner at the U.S. venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz from 2011, where he focused on enterprise portfolio company development. He served as Director Global Business Development for Teradata - Aster Data Systems from 2009 to 2011, where he led the corporation toward enterprise level sales with strategic business consulting and alliances. From 2007 to 2009, he served at Hewlett-Packard (HP) Corporation as Director of Worldwide Business Consulting for Opsware Inc., in charge of IT Management and Business Consulting and then as Director of Global Business Development, in charge of sales campaigns for around 250 international accounts and partners representing HP Software. In addition to his substantial venture capital and business development experience, he also gained experience in the aerospace field during his tenure at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), contributing to defense, satellite and UAV programs (1993 to 2007), as well as with previous positions at Goodrich for commercial aircraft (1990 to 1993) and military helicopters with Sikorsky (1985 to 1990). He started his career in 1982 at Siemens PLM, McDonnell Douglas as CAD/CAM Application Program Analyst & Developer. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University.
