Charles Shaw General Information
Biography
Mr. Charles Shaw served as Non Executive Chairman at Lees Foods. He graduated with a BA in Marketing and Economics from the Strathclyde business school. His early business career was spent in sales and marketing roles with Golden Wonder and Canada Dry before joining Whyte and Mackay, initially as Marketing Manager before rising to become a main Board Director in charge of Marketing and Corporate Development. In 1993 he moved to Invergordon Distillers as Chief Executive following its acquisition by Whtyte and Mackay. Charles is a joint founder of the successful internet company 5pm.co.uk. In addition to 5pm.co.uk he is also a Director of a software Company and a property development Company. Charles joined the Lees Foods Board in November 2012. He can be regularly seen supporting the Glasgow Warrriors rugby team where he is Chairman
