Biography

Mr. Naresh Patwari is the Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Jashvik Capital. He served as Non-Executive Director at TCNS Clothing Company. He served as Director at TA Associates Management. He also served as Board Member at Indira IVF. He joined TA Associates from ICICI Venture where he served as a Principal, and previously as a Vice President, leading deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management for investments in the consumer/retail, media, healthcare, and energy sectors. He was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he advised senior management and strategic and financial investors on topics such as portfolio mix, growth strategy, M&A, operating model, strategic planning, and incentives. He began his professional career as an engineer at Schlumberger Limited. Mr. Patwari received a BTech, with honors, in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, as an Edward Tuck Scholar with Distinction.
