Louise Peddell General Information
Biography
Ms. Louise Peddell served as Vice President, Talent at Movable Ink. Louise has more than 20 years of experience. She began her career at Deloitte, Ross & Tohmatsu, Deloitte's very first consulting subsidiary. Holding a leadership position of Northeast Regional Human Resources Director, Louise built an exceptional infrastructure to accommodate the firm's business strategy. She was honored with Deloitte & Touche's Outstanding Contribution Award for her achievements in company culture, growth and employee satisfaction. Most recently, Louise was the Head of HR for Booker Software, a SaaS based company. Prior to that, she was the owner of Elle Sourcing, LLC, a Human Resources Consulting & Recruiting firm that specialized in helping startups build a solid HR foundation as well as bringing top talent to world class management consulting firms in the Technology, Financial and Life Sciences sectors. Louise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from New York University.
