Biography

Mr. Matthew Edge served as Partner at Vertus Capital. He served as Director at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. He joined KKR Prisma, which previously conducted business as Prisma Capital Partners LP, in 2014. Mr. Edge is a portfolio manager with a specific focus on European hedge fund strategies. Prior to joining KKR Prisma, he served as European Strategy Head at Grosvenor Capital Management, where he was responsible for monitoring, evaluating and approving European based managers across all strategies and European client portfolio management. Previously, Mr. Edge was a Principal at Partners Capital, an outsourced investment office, and a Founding Partner at Vertus Capital, a start-up hedge fund investment firm, where his responsibilities at both firms included portfolio management, manager selection and business development. Mr. Edge has also been a Global Analyst at Ferox Capital Management and a Telecommunications Equity Research Associate at JPMorgan. He began his career at Deutsche Bank, where he participated in the graduate rotation program and was a member of the high yield debt research team. Mr. Edge holds a BSc. Physics and an MSc. Environmental Technology (Energy Policy) from Imperial College of Science and Medicine.
