Biography

Ms. Nadia Dombrowski served as Chief Legal Officer & Executive Vice President at hyperWALLET Systems. Prior to joining hyperWALLET, Ms. Dombrowski was a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. She has also served as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, first as Associate General Counsel; Retail Bank and Distribution; Consumer Banking Services and, subsequently, as a business executive leading the Card Network Center of Excellence. Ms. Dombrowski has also held the position of Senior Vice President, Group Head and Lead Region Counsel for the U.S. Markets at MasterCard Worldwide. She also served at MasterCard as Senior Vice President, Group Head for Emerging Payments and Advisors; as Vice President, Managing Counsel for Innovative Platforms and Advisors; and as Vice President, Senior Counsel for Advisors. A member of the Bar in the State of New York, Ms. Dombrowski is an active member of the New York Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar, and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
