Before starting Plovgh, she spent four years working on global agricultural supply chain projects with Cargill and PepsiCo, and as a consultant to a farm cooperative in the Mississippi Delta. She holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.
