Biography

Mr. Gregory Morzano is a Co-Founder and serves as Principal and Advisor at Old Ironsides Energy. He served as a Board Member at Caerus Oil and Gas. He also served as a Board Member at Confluence Resources. He also served as Treasurer at Horizons for Homeless Children. Before forming Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. Morzano served as Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Energy Holdings, where he shared responsibility for all of the company's investment and management decisions with Mr. Rioux. Before joining Liberty Energy as a Vice President in 2001, Mr. Morzano was a Vice President in Citigroup's Energy Group, which he joined in 1994. He also previously served as a Captain in the Air National Guard and a Lieutenant in the US Army during the Persian Gulf War. Mr. Morzano is a member of the Investment Committee of Old Ironsides Energy and currently serves as a director of Plantation Petroleum, Enduring Resources II, Wildcat Midstream Holdings, Laredo Energy V, and Wold Energy Partners. He previously served as a director of Enduring I, Plantation I, II, III, and IV, Medicine Bow, and the Western Energy Alliance. Mr. Morzano holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
