Biography

Mr. Ondřej Palát served as Investment Director at Consillium. Mr. Palát served as Executive Director at Patria Finance. He joined Patria in 2004. He is primarily responsible for transaction execution and business development with a focus on valuations and the fields of IT and telecommunications. His experience in Patria includes work on divestitures of Červa Export-Import, Zenitel Colsys, Summit Motors CZ, LCS International, Hutní montáže Ostrava, Průmstav, VOKD, ZlinNet, Volny.CZ, acquisition of Sitel Data Center, HPFO pension fund, tender offers for Unipetrol, Solana, Paramo, Česká Zbrojovka, and Čechofracht, analyses and valuations mainly in the area of IT, telecoms, and construction for companies such as Unipetrol, Czech Telecom, UPC, Mediatel, MEGA, Inox and VAS. Prior to joining Patria, he worked with a private equity fund active in Poland and the Czech Republic, with a focus on financial reporting and project valuation. He participated in the leveraged buy-out of Slovpack and the divestiture of Lion Teleservices, B&BC, and HAKI. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Patria Corporate Finance, a.s., and holds a degree from the Prague School of Economics.
