Biography
Mr. Matt Jones served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at EverCommerce. Matt is responsible for supporting the company's growth initiatives through executing strategic mergers & acquisitions, evaluating new market opportunities, and advising on acquisition candidate identification and diligence. Matt has 20 years of experience in technology investment banking, including executing over 75 transactions in M&A strategic advisory, private equity placements, IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, convertible debt, and corporate debt financings. Prior to joining EverCommerce, Matt was a Managing Director in Oppenheimer & Co.'s software investment banking group where he led the firm's coverage of SaaS and Application Software, including vertical market software. Matt is passionate about developing and executing inorganic growth initiatives for software companies. Matt holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
