Biography

Mr. Wing Yuen Leung serves as Investment Director at Phillip Capital Management. He is responsible for formulating strategies for business development and implementation of initiatives for Private Equity by working closely with Bradley. He has 12 years of venture capital and private equity experience firstly with JafcoAsia where he spent 10 years covering South East Asia and later with a well-established family office in Singapore. He also managed his family's skincare business for 3 years with operations in Singapore and Hong Kong, and a distribution network which includes Malaysia and Indonesia. In addition, he gained 8 years of investment advisory and marketing experience and past employers include Nomura International (Hong Kong) Ltd, Nomura Singapore Ltd and UBS AG (HK Branch). Francis holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction and Binder Hamlyn Prize from the University of Sheffield, a Master of Professional Accounting and a Master of Applied Law from the University of Queensland. He is also a CPA (Singapore & Australia) and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
