Biography

Ms. Ytzia Belausteguigoitia served as Principal at ALLVP. In 2013, Ytzia joined Venture Partners to lead the design, fundraising and closing of the firm's second fund, Venture Innovation Fund II (VIF II). Previously and for more than four years, Ytzia was the Chairman's Office Coordinator at the Mexican Stock Exchange. As the right hand of the Chairman and CEO, she was actively involved in the strategy, from its corporate structure to the development of the key product lines. She led the preparation of the Board meeting reports by coordinating the five new corporate areas' initiatives. From 2009 to 2012, Ytzia participated in the re-adjustment of the IPC's methodology, the foundation for the market's most important ETF where more than $77.8 billion dollars are invested. She took a part at defining and elaborating a new investment vehicle, the CKDes. Ytzia has experience in the public sector where she served as Advisor to the Under Ministry of Transportation from 2007 to 2008 and the Secretary of Communications and Transportation from 2008. Previously, she was senior analyst in Volaris, low cost airline gone public, then a start-up, and analyst at A.T.Kearney, management strategy consulting firm.
