Biography

Mr. Michael Sullivan serves as Vice President & Partner at Westshore Capital Partners. He is involved in every step of the deal process-from identifying acquisitions and investments to managing capital markets activities-while simultaneously working to grow the firm's portfolio companies' value. He has many years of experience in investment banking, corporate development and M&A. Prior to joining Westshore Capital Partners, he was a senior investment banker for Cross Keys Capital, where he successfully advised on transactions in various industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, healthcare, software, entertainment and consumer products. Prior to Cross Keys, he was a member of the Corporate Development team at Rockwell Collins, an aerospace and defense company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA, where he performed merger and acquisitions, business valuations and investor relation services. Prior to his time in corporate development, he spent time in the federal tax and operations departments at Rockwell Collins. He holds both a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
