Biography

Ms. Andrea Poldoian serves as Partner at Vistria Group. She served as a Vice President at Winona Capital Management. She joined Winona Capital Management in 2014. Prior to Winona, she was an Associate at Kinsale Capital Partners where she provided advisory and financing services to middle-market companies. She was also an Associate at Hyde Park Angels, one of the Midwest's largest angel organizations, where she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating seed and early-stage investments. Before graduate school, she was an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co., a middle-market investment bank specializing in merger and acquisition advisory services across a variety of industries. She graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University with a B.S. degree in Finance and Management and a concentration in Psychology. She earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she focused on finance and entrepreneurship. Her portfolio company responsibilities include Johnny's Fine Foods and Fusion Education Group.
