Patricia Sierra General Information
Biography
Ms. Patricia Sierra serves as Executive Director at Fundacion Pies Descalzos. Sis a psychologist, university professor and a specialist in social psychology and child development. She is an expert in design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of social development with emphasis on education. Patricia worked with the Christian Children's Fund one of the oldest world NGOs for 11 years, working in the area of Child Development, directing programs aimed at children and young people in vulnerable sectors of Colombia. She also designed children's programs to improve the quality of education in Latin America. She began in 2004 as Program Director of the Pies Descalzos Foundation, coordinated by the hand of academia and the public and private sectors the scheme of evaluation and monitoring of the programs implemented.
