Biography

Mr. Sun Bing serves as Partner at Boxin Capital. He graduated from Sichuan University in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in Equipment and Machinery. He had formerly worked at China Construction Bank, Gansu Branch and Chongqing International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. as the general manager of Department of Securities. Mr. Sun founded Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. in 2000 and served as its president. He built Southwest Securities from a company of eight employees to a robust firm with over eighty professionals, and it was the lead or co-lead underwriter for more than eighty companies. Under his leadership, Southwest Securities ranked among the top five underwriting companies in total amounts of underwriting for five consecutive years in China. Since the establishment of Tianjin Boxin Investment Management Centre (Limited Partnership), Mr. Sun has successfully managed numerous private equity investments. These investments covered advanced manufacturing, modern services, modern agriculture, creative arts, and clean technologies. Some of these investments have successfully been listed.
