Biography

Dr. Alex Zhang is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner at Hosen Capital. As the founder of Housheng Investment, he is responsible for formulating investment strategies, advancing investment management processes, and directly responsible for the execution of overseas investment projects. Leading the merger and acquisition of Australian food company Kilcoy Global Foods, serving as chairman and leading a series of superimposed mergers and acquisitions to realize the company's transformation and development; leading the acquisition of Australia's largest pet food company RPFC, and serving as the chairman of the board strategy committee. Before the establishment of Housheng Investment, three high-tech companies were successfully established in China and transferred to Chinese and foreign listed companies. Served as senior vice president and founding team member of Brience in San Francisco, USA, leading product strategy, R&D team, and sales support. Served as a management consultant for Deloitte and KPMG in the United States, providing strategic consulting services for many important financial, telecommunications, and high-tech customers. He has a Ph.D. in management from the Ecole Business School in Paris, France, and a master of mechanical engineering from Tianjin University.
