Nadim Azar General Information
Biography
Mr. Nadim Azar serves as Director at QInvest. Mr. Azar joined in 2011 and was a key member of the team which built the QMAP platform. He is responsible for building a range of quantitative fund valuation and risk monitoring models. Prior to joining QInvest, Nadim had spent time with both Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch as an intern where he studied different financial products they offer and helped to build diversified multi asset class portfolios. Nadim has experience in the project management where he worked for 3 years as a project engineer for MIDMAC, a subsidiary of QIPCO. During his time there his key focus was on estimation and project management and was involved in the development of some key projects, such as the Texas A&M University in Qatar. Nadim holds an MSc in Advanced Finance from IE Business School, Madrid. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut. He has completed the CISI IFQ Certificate in Islamic Finance.
