Biography

Mr. Jerónimo Bremer is a Founding Partner and serves as Managing Partner at Besant Capital. Mr. Bremer serves as Senior Advisor at Pedralbes Partners. Mr. Bremer Co-Founded & Owned BK Partners. He has more than 10 years of investing experience, mainly gained at Goldman Sachs (GS) where he was a Vice-President in the firm's Principal Strategies Group, an internal group with the capital of US$15 billion of the bank's own funds. While at GS, he was directly responsible for a portfolio worth US$400 million invested in the German, French, and Spanish markets. This portfolio was mainly focused on the Energy/Utilities, Chemical, Automotive, Construction Materials, and Retail sectors and invested across the capital structure. The performance of the portfolio stood at around 19%, one of the top returns of the team. He has also been highly involved in RLD (the first fund established by BK Partners) where he was responsible for business and financial planning, investment and divestment structuring as well as fundraising and investor relations. He is a graduate of Business Administration from both the University of Cologne in Germany and ICADE Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Spain.
