Biography
Mr. Steven Klein served as Managing Director at Cinnaire. He oversees the activities of the senior debt finance initiative under Develop Michigan. He has extensive experience in credit markets, transaction structuring, and capital markets based on 30 years of experience in infrastructure finance, investment banking, credit insurance, and financial guaranty. In 2008, he founded First Infrastructure Inc., a consulting and advisory firm focusing on infrastructure, alternative energy, and economic development finance. He holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University, a JD degree from Boston University School of Law, and a BA degree in Russian Studies from Haverford College.
