Adlai Chester General Information
Biography
Adlai Chester is the CFO of HealthLease Properties REIT and oversees all of HealthLease's financial activities. He also serves as the CFO for Carmel, Ind., based Mainstreet, one of the nation's most innovative health care developers which holds an indirect interest in the REIT and is currently its largest shareholder. Adlai began his career in public accounting as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Whitinger & Company. He also served as the CFO for a telecommunications company where he led the sale of the company. In addition to his career achievements, Mr. Chester has served as a faculty member at Ball State University where he was a member of the Accounting Advisory Committee, a member of the Indiana CPA Society where he was appointed to the Emerging Leaders Alliance, and as a member of various non-profit boards. Adlai holds CPA and CFE designations.
