Biography

Mr. Christopher Due serves as Board Member at Photowonder. He served as Venture Partner at Pan Pacific Capital. He joined iGTM in 2002 and has specific expertise in the areas of corporate governance, technology commercialization, business restructuring, strategic planning, and managing operational performance. He is also an experienced company Director, representing Angel and Venture capital investors, particularly with early stage companies seeking international commercialization. He also has an extensive background in accounting and mergers and acquisitions. Chris' career started with Coopers & Lybrand in the early 1970s. He subsequently joined Fletcher Challenge and held various finance and management roles in that group. In 1989 he engineered a joint-venture management buy-out of (Hertz) Fleetlease, which has since become New Zealand's largest vehicle leasing company. His other recent roles include Director of Digital Disc Holdings and spearheading two rounds of capital funding for the IT company KeyLogix, and leading business expansion and acquisitions for Software Images. He has a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration degree from Victoria University (Wellington, NZ).
