Biography

Mr. Keith O'Connor serves as Chief Financial Officer at Conversant Capital. Mr. O'Connor served as Chief Operating Officer at Three Bridges Capital. Mr. O'Connor is responsible for Operations at the firm. Before joining Indus Capital Partners and transitioning to Three Bridges in 2011, he was Chief Financial Officer at White Eagle Partners, a European event-driven hedge fund. Prior to White Eagle, Mr. O'Connor served as Chief Financial Officer at Wolfacre Global Management a long/short equity fund "Tiger Cub" from 2008 to 2011, where he was responsible for the overall operational, accounting, and technology functions. Previously, Mr. O'Connor was an Executive Director in the Prime Brokerage Division at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for advising new and longstanding hedge fund clients on operations and process improvement, technology solutions, and risk mitigation. Earlier in his career, he was with Chase Manhattan Bank and Bear Stearns. Mr. O'Connor received a BBA degree in Finance from Pace University in 1991.
