Biography

Mr. Mark Rowe is a Co-Founder anf serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Mangrove Management Partners. He is a Co-Founder and served as Managing Director at Easterly Capital. Mr. Rowe also serves as a Director for Easterly Partners, a subsidiary of Easterly Capital that manages two institutional funds focused on real estate assets leased to the U.S. Government. In this role, he works with the Easterly Partners management team to help position the firm for growth and to provide superior investment services to its clients. Previously, Mr. Rowe served as the Chief Operating Officer for Mitt Romney's 2008 Presidential Campaign. In this role, he managed the operations and coordination across divisions for a $125 million, 300-person campaign hailed as one of the most efficiently run, business-oriented political organizations in recent history. Prior to working for Governor Romney, Mr. Rowe served as a policy analyst and subsequently the Chief of Staff to the Massachusetts House Republican Leader. Passionate about data and analytics, he started his career as a business analyst with an international ship-owning company based in Greenwich, CT. Mr. Rowe earned his MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and BBA from the University of Miami.
