Kathleen Reardon General Information
Biography
Ms. Kathleen Reardon served as Director, Capital Raising & Investor Relations at Cabot Properties. She has 21 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for 18 years. Ms. Reardon is responsible for managing and organizing all aspects of investor relations and capital-raising activities. She is also responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing investors as well as creating strategies to generate investor interest. While with the Cabot REIT, Ms. Reardon served as Administrator of Cabot's Investor Relations Program, cultivating and maintaining relationships with approximately 3,500 shareholders and 12 analysts. Ms. Reardon began her real estate career in 1996, with General Investment & Development Co. Ms. Reardon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College and an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Essex Community College.
