Michael McCarthy General Information

Biography

Mr. Michael McCarthy serves as Managing Director, Investments at Cabot Properties. He has 10 years of real estate experience, five of which are with Cabot. Mr. McCarthy is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments in the Carolinas. Additionally, Mr. McCarthy assists senior Investment Officers with acquisitions in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Florida. Prior to joining Cabot, Mr. McCarthy spent two years with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, where he was responsible for the screening and underwriting of over $1 billion in commercial mortgages for multi-family properties throughout the U.S. Mr. McCarthy began his career with Brookwood Financial Partners, a Massachusetts-based real estate private equity firm. Mr. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.
