Biography

Mr. Dave Cubeta serves as a Managing Director at RA Capital. In addition to the execution of client engagements, he leads the firm's professional standards as well as recruiting efforts. Before joining RA Capital, he was an auditor specializing in financial services and real estate clients with PwC in Boston and subsequently worked for a regional valuation firm specializing in private-company valuations. He has also taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels of San Diego State University and is the youngest lecturer to have taught in the MBA program. He graduated with honors from Boston College where he received a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting. Following that, he received a Master of Accounting degree from San Diego State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts, and a FINRA-registered securities representative.
