Biography

Mr. Yoshihiro Hemmi serves as a Board Member and Chairman at Itokin.He is a Founding Partner at Integral. He served as a Board Member at Bigtree Technology & Consulting. He also serves as Chairman at Yohji Yamamoto. He is a founding partner in one of Japan's rare consultant-turned-CEOs, with a distinguished track record in the two companies he led. He began his business career with a ten-year career at Mitsui & Co. in Japan and the U.S. He then spent eight years consulting companies as a partner at a global management consulting firm, engaging in projects in many industries, followed by eight years on the corporate side as the top manager of two companies, one a start-up and the other a turnaround, which he led to dynamic growth and value enhancements. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Tohato and as a Board Member at Mamezo K2TOP Holdings and Shicata. He also serves as a Board Member at Shinwa (Scaffolding Equipment). He holds a BA in Commercial Science from Keio University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
