Biography

Ms. Makiko Hayase serves as Partner at Integral ( Specialized Finance). Ms. Hayase was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, where she served clients in consumer goods, financial services, technology, and automobile industries in Japan, Europe, and the US. Previously, she spent over three years in cross-border M&A advisory at the Sakura Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) and also at Daiwa Securities SMBC. She worked with Japanese and international clients of mainly heavy machinery and high-tech industries on their divestiture, acquisition, and turn-around projects. She earned LLM, the University of Tokyo and MBA, Harvard Business School.
