Biography
Mr. Aston Yang serves as Portfolio Manager at TransAsia Private Capital. He is a member of the execution team and his responsibilities include deal analytics, financial modeling, due diligence, documentation, research, and monitoring. Prior to joining TransAsia, Mr. Yang was an Investment Analyst at Income Partners Asset Management (HK) Limited's private capital division. Mr. Yang had worked closely with Mr. Chandra in the day-to-day operations of the IP Asian Opportunities Fund since it was launched in 2010. He was also the senior analyst in many of the single-deal transactions structured by Mr. Chandra while he was at Income Partners. Mr. Yang graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce & Finance.
