Biography

Ms. Jane Kaggwa is the Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at AquaVita. She Founded & served as Managing Partner at Impala Investment Holdings. She serves as Venture Partner at Impala Ventures. She brings a broad experience from top global investment banking, private equity, and strategy consulting firms. Her experience includes investing as well as providing strategic, financial and operational advisory services to businesses in the United States and Africa. She has extensive experience working closely with business owners. Ms. Kaggwa executed private equity investments in Africa at Emerging Capital Partners and has advised clients on leveraged buyouts, equity and debt capital raising activities, and mergers and acquisitions in the leveraged finance division of Citi Global Markets in New York. Ms. Kaggwa also worked for Bank of America's middle market corporate banking division, working with middle-market businesses to facilitate business transformations through implementation of restructuring initiatives.
