Biography

Mr. Arihant Bardia served as Investment Principal at Asiabridge Capital. Mr. Bardia has been with Asiabridge Fund since early 2010. He has over eight years of professional services experience, having previously worked with large global advisory institutions. Previously, he was with Ernst & Young (India) in their Transaction Advisory practice. He has worked with a number of private equity funds in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence. He has also worked on several inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions transactions in India including Bharti Airtel's acquisition of Zain Africa for USD 10.7 billion. Whilst with Ernst & Young, he was also seconded to the London practice. He has also worked in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice of Pricewaterhouse Coopers for over two years. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Mr. Bardia earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai.
