Biography

Mr. Kevin Cooper served as Managing Director, Real Estate at Intermediate Capital Group. He is a Co-Founder and serves as Co-Head of Real Estate UK at Longbow Real Estate Capital. Prior to establishing ICG-Longbow, he was a founding member of GMAC's UK Commercial Mortgage business which was established in 2002. He began his career in 1987 and held various credit and lending positions with Barclays and Bank of Ireland before joining HBoS in 1998 where he joined the specialist structured property finance team. He is a qualified banker (ACIB) and has an MBA from Cranfield.
