Biography

Mr. Martin Wheeler is a Co-Founder & serves as Senior Advisor at Intermediate Capital Group. He was a Co-Founder and serves as Co-Head of Real Estate UK at Longbow Real Estate Capital. He along with Kevin Cooper founded ICG-Longbow in 2006. Prior to establishing ICG-Longbow, he was a founding member of GMAC's UK Commercial Mortgage business which was established in 2002. He began his career at Legal & General Investment Management in 1994 in property asset management and direct investing roles, before moving into property finance with HSBC and HBoS. He is a qualified surveyor (MRICS) and a graduate of City University.
