Biography

Mr. Todd Krzyskowski serves as Managing Director, Public Finance at Mesirow Financial. He specializes in covering Midwestern clients who issue general obligation and revenue backed bonds, specifically in Indiana and Illinois. He has extensive experience in the industry, including broad underwriting and infrastructure financing. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2008, he served as a Senior Banker at J.P. Morgan where he participated in a wide range of variable and fixed rate bond transactions for utility and public power clients, schools, states and municipalities. Before beginning his career in public finance, he held various finance and accounting positions including Controller of First Chicago Investment Services, Inc., the first registered securities broker-dealer within the former First Chicago Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 50 and 63 licenses.
