Biography

Mr. Joe Lucke is a Co-Founder & serves as a Managing Partner at Lighthouse Equity Partners. He has extensive investment, operational, strategic, and governance experience in both Canada and the United States. Before co-founding Lighthouse, he was a member of the investment and leadership team at Tricor Pacific Capital (now Parallel49 Equity), a leading Canadian-based middle market buyout and growth equity investor. He returned to Canada in 2006 from Credit Suisse Private Equity in New York where he was a principal of one of the largest and most successful private equity investment funds in the world. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker with one of the world's leading global investment banks based in the US. He has been an active director and advisor to numerous middle-market growth businesses across multiple industries and economic cycles for over 25 years. He served as a Board Member at AdPerfect. He also served as a Board Member at Primex Manufacturing. He holds a BBA in Business from Simon Fraser University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Chicago (Booth).
