Biography

Mr. Lawrence Tsang served as Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Grosvenor Asia Pacific. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Vistra Holdings. He joined the Vistra Group as CFO in August 2013. He has over 20 years of broad experience in financial management, business administration, strategy development, and change management. He started his career at Unilever in the UK where he spent seven years taking up various finance management positions around the world. He returned to Asia in 1995 and, since then, held several regional CFO positions in different industries. Prior to joining the Vistra Group, Lawrence spent ten years in Linklaters, one of the world's preeminent global law firms, where he was CFO and then COO for their Asia Pacific region. As CFO, Lawrence presided over the reorganization of the global finance function of the Group during the first half of 2014. He continues to lead various transformational projects within the function, such as the implementation of Hyperion, in order that the Group's finance function remains fit for purpose for the fast-growing and evolving business. Lawrence graduated from Cambridge University where he studied Natural Sciences and Social and Political Studies.
