Biography

Mr. Daniel Frank serves as Partner at Longpoint Realty Partners. Mr. Frank served as President at Kwartler Associates. He served as Principal and Director of Asset Services, New Jersey - Tri-State Suburban Markets at Avison Young. He is a 25-year commercial real estate veteran and a Principal with Avison Young. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing business development for the firm's asset and property management business in the New Jersey and suburban Tri-State markets, as well as spearheading the growth of Avison Young's regional real estate development services on behalf of institutional owners, including site selection, property acquisition, entitlements, and construction and disposition services. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Frank began his career at Kwartler Associates in 1992 as President of Kwartler Associates, He was responsible for spearheading all facets of the company, including deal sourcing specific to acquisitions, asset/property and construction management, and business development initiatives such as discovering, procuring and executing due diligence on real estate investments in consideration of institutional-level investors' strategies and objectives. Prior to Kwartler Associates, he was a Supervisor at Garage Management Corp, a prominent Parking Garage operator in Manhattan NYC. He earned his BS from Fairleigh Dickinson University and majored in Business Administration.
