Biography

Mr. Chuck Ristau served as Chief Financial Officer at OneDigital Health and Benefits. He was responsible for OneDigital's financial, risk management, information technology, legal and regulatory functions. He is also a key contributor to OneDigital's merger and acquisition activities in the areas of strategy, deal structuring and contract negotiation. His background includes a broad range of financial and capital funding experience, as well as strong development expertise. Prior to joining Digital, Chuck served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for WorldCrest Group Inc. where he created its initial financial infrastructure and managed finance functions, including accounting and reporting, financial forecasting, treasury, risk management and financial systems. He also was a key member of the senior management team responsible for setting overall strategy, monitoring operating results, and developing opportunities for mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. Chuck also served as a controller with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., as senior vice president and chief financial officer with Telesis Medical Management Inc., as executive vice president of finance with Merit Behavioral Care Corp., and as a manager of special acquisition services with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Dayton and is a certified public accountant. Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
