Biography

Mr. Robert Peugeot is the Co-Owner & serves as Chairman of the Board and Member of the Investments and Shareholdings Sustainability Committee at Peugeot Invest. He served as a Board Member at Imerys. He serves as a Board Member, Vice Chairman of the Board & Remuneration Committee Member at Stellantis. He also serves as a Board Member at Etablissements Peugeot Freres. He serves as Chairman of the Board and chairman of the Investments and Shareholdings Committee at FFP Group. Since February 2002, Peugeot has been Chairman and CEO of a listed investment company and a major shareholder of Peugeot SA. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of PSA Peugeot Citroën, where he chairs the Strategic Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of Faurecia. He was born in 1950 after training received at the Central School (1971) and INSEAD (1973) and as a worker and team leader on assembly lines in Sochaux (1974), he held a succession of responsibilities within the automotive group: Head of Service Plan in Johannesburg, South Africa, development engineer at Peugeot, engineer central methods bodywork Citroen, Director of Citroën mechanical plant of Asnieres, CEO of Peugeot Talbot Motor Company in Coventry, UK, and Director of Quality and Organization at Citroen. In 1998, he became a member of the Executive Committee of PSA Peugeot Citroen, occupied until February 2007 During this time position, he served as Director of Innovation and Quality and led directly to the Style. In this context, it builds the proposed new design center in Velizy PSA Peugeot Citroën (Automotive Design Network), bringing together 350 designers and 700 engineers and technicians. He serves as a Member of the Board at Sofina.
