Biography

Mr. Manuel Roca de Togores Atienza is a Founding Partner and serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at NK5. He served as a Shareholder and Managing Director at Ker Capital. He served as a Board Member at Win Systems. He has over 16 years' experience, with his last nine working years focused on restructuring, refinancing, and insolvency within Deloitte, where he helped set up and lead the restructuring and insolvency teams. Previously, he worked at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFG, at the non-Japanese corporate banking department. He has significant experience as a restructuring advisor and insolvency practitioner. He has also been involved in a number of M&A deals. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
