Biography

Mr. Ajay Tandon serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Veeda Clinical Research. He serves as Board Member at Ingenuity BioSciences.He has transitioned into the role of Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for corporate strategy, investor relations, mergers and integration, corporate communications, and corporate affairs. He is working closely with management and the senior leadership team to drive the integration of Veeda Europe and Veeda India operations. Prior to joining Veeda Clinical Research in May 2019, he was Partner-Operations with CX Advisors LLC, an India mid-market focused private equity investment advisor, where he worked with portfolio companies in developing and enabling strategic initiatives and performance improvements, and supporting operational due diligence of target investments. Before CX, he was a Managing Director with The Rohatyn Group and a Director with CVCI, prior to its acquisition by The Rohatyn Group. During his eight years of work tenure, he identified, managed, and exited a large number of companies across a wide spectrum of industries including, among others, automotive, financial services, IT, IT-enabled services, infrastructure, oil & gas services, and mining. Prior to CVCI, he gained 15 years of banking experience with Citibank, during which he managed and advised several mid and large corporate clients across diverse industries. He earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a B.E. (Honours) degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University.
