Biography

Mr. Robert Graham serves as Chief Financial Officer at MVP Capital Partners. Mr. Graham serves as a Board Member at Renovare Environmental. He served as Managing Director at Pennsylvania State University. He was a Board Member of BioHitech America. Mr. Graham serves as Managing Director at Penn Venture Partners. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CyberPatrol. He also oversees the $6 million Operational Assistance Program that covers the 34-county area of Central and Northern Pennsylvania. Mr. Graham has over 25 years of operational and financial executive management experience including extensive experience in the acquisitions and sales of companies. Before joining Penn Ventures, he was President of RG Consulting, a financial and management consulting company. Before joining RG Consulting, Mr. Graham spent eight years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dorland Healthcare Information, a medical publishing enterprise specializing in medical content and information using multiple mediums of print, the web, and databases. He also served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Broadreach Consulting, a leading provider of technology and management consulting services to the financial, pharmaceutical, and government sectors. He was responsible for the Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Facilities Departments while there. Early in his career, he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer of Legal Communications, Ltd., one of the leading legal publishing operations in the United States. Legal Communications is a provider of legal news, court opinions, and court rules, and the owner of The Legal Intelligencer, the oldest daily legal newspaper in the United States. Mr. Graham started his career in the Finance Department at Transport International Pool (TIP), then a $250 million worldwide truck leasing firm with offices in Europe, Canada, and the United States. He received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a B.A. from LaSalle University.
