Biography

Mr. Mike Crownover served as Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer at Valero Energy. Since joining the company in 1997, he has been an integral part of Valero's leadership team. He served as Corporate Compensation Manager, Corporate Human Resources Manager, Corporate Human Resources Director, and Executive Director-Employee Relations and Retail HR. He became Senior Vice President-Human Resources in May 2002. Prior to joining Valero, Crownover served as Human Resources Manager for Halliburton Energy Services. Crownover earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington
