Biography

Mr. Andrew Wang served as Secretary of the Board & Chief Financial Officer at Sky Solar Holdings. Mr. Wang is a graduate of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and holds an MBA from the Fudan University-Olin School of Business of the University of Washington, and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Wang worked as an Audit Manager for Deloitte Touche Tohmastsu (Shanghai) from July 1993 to February 1999. He was then Financial Director of Avery Dennison Corporation from March 1999 to December 2005, Financial Director of Invista Apparel Asia-Pacific Region from January 2006 to May 2007, Financial Director of the China Otis Elevator Group Holding Co., Ltd. from June 2007 to April 2008, and Financial Director of Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. from April 2008 to April 2011. Mr. Wang has been CFO of Sky Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since 2011.
