Biography

Mr. David Kapnick served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Andersen. He has over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Andersen. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, based primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area and including two years in Oslo, Norway. He subsequently spent 10 years working as a CFO in the hotel and real estate industry and over 10 years as CFO for a number of venture capital and private equity firms. He is also active in public policy and community service activities.
