Biography

Mr. Amar Bajpai is a Founding Managing Partner & serves as President at Dock Square Capital. Previously, he Co-Founded and served as General Partner at Britton Hill Partners. At Dock Square he is involved in all aspects of the firm's principal investment, advisory, and equity joint venture activities, as well as the day to day operation of the firm. Mr. Bajpai is a long-time colleague of Governor Jeb Bush, co-founding Dock Square's predecessor firm, Britton Hill Partners, with him in 2008. Prior to founding Britton Hill, Mr. Bajpai served on Lehman Brothers' Senior Relationship Management team, which was responsible for covering Lehman's key institutional clients. He reported directly to a member of the firm's Executive Committee and focused on creating proprietary trading and investment banking opportunities. Mr. Bajpai was previously a member of both the Lehman Structured Credit and Asset Backed Securities desks, where he participated in the structuring and marketing of $12 billion of securities transactions across the Leveraged Loan, ABS, and esoteric fixed income asset classes. He is a board member of DB US Data Center Holdings and an advisory board member of Ag America Lending. Mr. Bajpai is a past board member of O'Brien's Response Management and Inflection Energy. Mr. Bajpai holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
