Biography

Mr. Graham Pingree serves as Partner at Cendana Capital. Immediately prior to Cendana, he worked in a variety of operating roles at a venture capital-backed startup in the building system space, engaging with senior leadership in a number of strategic and financial capacities, and helped manage the diligence process over two rounds of fundraising for more than $40 million in aggregate. Prior to that, Mr. Pingree was on the investment team at Horsley Bridge Partners ("HBP"). While at HBP, Mr. Pingree worked directly with the investment committee to help select premier venture capital and private equity partnerships in the U.S., Asia and Europe, conducting diligence on over 40 funds globally. Mr. Pingree worked on the deal teams for the first-generation micro VC funds Baseline Ventures and Floodgate (formerly known as Maples Investments), as well as top tier lifecycle firms Accel, Benchmark, Bessemer and Lightspeed. Mr. Pingree spent one year in HBP's London office helping to diligence opportunities in Europe and Israel, including LocalGlobe (fka The Accelerator Group), Mangrove, Index and Balderton. Mr. Pingree began his career at Cambridge Associates ("C|A"). Mr. Pingree worked with clients invested heavily in the non-marketable alternative asset classes, particularly venture capital and private equity. He led the Alternative Asset team at the associate level and managed the C|A proprietary private equity exposure model. Mr. Pingree received his BA from Williams College (2001), and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California (2010).
