Theodore Fisher JD General Information

Biography

Mr. Theodore Fisher serves as Senior Managing Director at Third Security. He focuses on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions, governance, securities and regulatory issues. Mr. Fisher also serves in the following capacities: President, Secretary and Treasurer of Pinnacle Pharmaceuticals, LLC since December 2011 and previously served as Secretary, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of its predecessor, Pinnacle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 2007; Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of Vital Diagnostics Holding Corp. from June 2007 to December 2012; Secretary, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of IntelliMat, Inc. from July 2007 until December 2011; member of the Board of Directors of Keraderm Corporation from October 2009 until December 2011; and member of the Advisory Board of NewVa Capital Partners, LP since January 2006. Prior to joining Third Security, Mr. Fisher practiced law in the areas of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions at the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, Virginia. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law.
