Biography

Ms. Chris Kocsis serves as Chief People Officer at AvaSure. Ms. Chris Kocsis served as Chief Talent Officer at TractManager. She joined TractManager in 2017 as Chief Talent Officer, leading the Human Resources and Training and Education departments. She brings with her more than 30 years of government and healthcare industry experience. Chris has prepared tools, templates, and curricula for business process engineering, organizational readiness, end-user training, and compliance programs, and she has developed and conducted an array of employee training programs. Known for her ability to secure new client relationships and form lasting partnerships, Chris excels in client communication and solution design in a consultative environment. Chris earned a Master of Public Administration degree, with concentration in health care and compliance, from Western Michigan University. She completed her undergraduate work at Central Michigan University, where she received a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in marketing, minor in advertising, and concentration in physical distribution.
